01Overview
As part of the digital team at DK Publishing, I led the creation of all weekly and monthly email campaigns for Rough Guides.
Working closely with in-house developers and marketers, I ensured the design, content and user feedback loops were aligned for each campaign. Emails were built responsively and tested across devices for consistent performance.
I also optimised the CRM journey using Adestra, adding segmentation logic and targeting flows based on user engagement. These improvements helped lift open rates and improved the delivery process across all scheduled sends.
